San Francisco based filmmakers Mina Son and Sara Newens are raising post-production funds to finish their feature length documentary Top Spin about three young, aspiring table tennis stars who juggle six-hour intense training and international tournaments with regular high school pressures like SATs and friendships. Last year Reel Asian screened Mina and Sara’s short film Top Spin as part of the Resident Aliens Youth Presentation. Help the Top Spin team raise $75,000 by July 19 here!
