Join us for our 3rd annual Lunar New Year Fundraiser with a 10-course banquet dinner and traditional lion dance to celebrate the Year of the Rooster.

Fundraising proceeds will directly support Reel Asian’s year-round and festival youth programs that help culturally diverse and newcomer youth from the GTA examine issues of identity through media arts, while providing leadership opportunities, education and job-skills training in film and creative production.
These initiatives include Unsung Voices, our summer video production workshop where youth make films for the first time. 2017 will mark the sixth Unsung Voices, and your donations help us keep this program free.
Ticket price: $115 per person (full-price tickets are eligible for a $60 tax receipt). Each ticket also includes invitations to:
- the 2017 Opening Night gala film and party
- the world premiere of the 6th edition of Unsung Voices
Unable to attend but still want to support us? Sponsor a young Asian Canadian filmmaker’s seat and dinner! You get all the same tax receipt benefits and we’ll make sure a new or emerging filmmaker is invited to attend the Lunar New Year dinner and participate in this valuable networking opportunity.
