We’re turning 20!
And we want you to celebrate with us starting this February! Join the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival (Reel Asian) for a Lunar New Year Fundraiser and 10-course banquet dinner to celebrate the festivities and support Reel Asian’s youth mentorship and leadership programs that promote diversity and inclusion.
Fundraising proceeds will directly support Reel Asian’s year-round and festival youth programs that help culturally diverse and newcomer youth from the GTA examine issues of identity and belonging through media arts, while providing leadership opportunities, education and job-skills training in film and creative production. In addition to providing a platform for Asian artists and their work, Reel Asian is dedicated to fostering the next generation of talent through Youth Programs including our May Asian Heritage Month school tour, Unsung Voices Summer Video Production Workshops, and November animation workshops and screenings.

We welcome you to support our fundraiser by donating your services and products to be used in the silent auction and/or raffle for the Lunar New Year Fundraiser Dinner. We are looking for: electronics, gift certificates (restaurant, entertainment, hotel), fashion and beauty products or services, vacation packages, signed memorabilia, VIP passes (theatre, sports), wine, and annual memberships.
As a silent auction donor, we will offer:
- Logo/text recognition on Reel Asian’s website with hyperlink.
- E-newsletter promotion with text recognition and hyperlink.
- Social media promotion on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (over 8,400 followers).
- Thank you recognition in event program catalogue.
- Opportunity to display your materials at the event.
