PORT OF CALL wins big at the Hong Kong Film Awards!

We are ecstatic to share the news of PORT OF CALL’s dominance at the Hong Kong Film Awards!

PORT OF CALL was part of our Marquee Programme during our 2015 Reel Asian Film Festival with director and writer Philip Yung in attendance. The film garnered 14 nominations at the 2016 Hong Kong Film Awards. Port Of Call took home golden statues for half of their nominations and even swept the four major acting categories with wins from:

  • Aaron Kwok for Best Actor
  • Jessie Li for Best Actress
  • Michael Ning for Best Supporting Actor
  • Elaine Jin for Best Supporting Actress

Adding to the celebrations, world-renowned cinematographer Christopher Doyle won Best Cinematography, and director/writer Philip Yung won for Best Screenplay.
