Sabrina has been on the programming team at Channel Zero Inc. for almost five years and currently manages programing and acquisitions for their specialty channel Rewind. She also programs the music video selections for the ReelWorld Film Fetival, has participated on the jury for Cinefest Sudbury & the Innoversity Creative Summit, and has volunteered with Reel Asian on the special events committee for three years. 2014 was her first year on the programming committee and she’s enjoying every minute of it!

Myung-Sun completed a BFA in Sculpture & Installation at the Ontario College of Art & Design (2005), and a MFA in the Visual Arts Program at York University (2009). Her work playfully explores everyday objects and spaces, dealing with issues of aesthetics, functionality, intervention, survival, and architecture. She is a recipient of Dr.Eugene A. Poggetto Award, MST Bronze Sculpture Award, Sculpture Installation Faculty Award, and Graduate Entrance Scholarship to York University. She has exhibited across North America, and completed an artist residency at Plug In ICA, Winnipeg. She has collaborated and worked on various exhibitions including WORKshop Inc., Dreamwalker Dance Co., Post-Commodity, Barbara Astman Studio, and YYZ.

Gina has been involved with Reel Asian since 2008 initially as a volunteer then as Volunteer Coordinator. She is happy to be a member of the programming committee this year. Gina has worked and volunteered for TIFF, Toronto After Dark, Luminato and Next Stage Theatre Festival, and is an experienced interpreter and translator. When she’s not playing WoW, Gina likes to stroll around the city with her daughter dressed up as a Gloomy Bear.
